How getwicca.com handles local preferences, optional analytics and links to the Wicca apps.

Scope and operator

This policy covers getwicca.com, operated by Arda Sen. It does not replace the privacy notices for the iOS or Android apps, Apple, Google, or other external services. Effective September 18, 2026.

Your writing stays in your browser

The ritual planner does not upload your writing to a server. Choosing Save on this device places your plan in browser local storage. You can remove it with Clear plan or by clearing site data. Other people with access to the same browser profile may be able to read it. Downloaded files are under your control.

Preferences on this device

We use local storage for your chosen theme, optional analytics choice, and app-banner dismissal. These features do not require an account. Clearing browser data resets them.

Optional Google Analytics

When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page views and app-store link clicks, including the platform and link placement. It may process identifiers, browser and device details, referral information, and approximate location derived by Google. We disable Google signals and ad-personalization signals. We do not send ritual-planner text to analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer; choosing No thanks stops collection on subsequent page loads and removes our Google Analytics cookies.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare serves this website and may process IP addresses and request information for delivery, security, and reliability. Clicking an App Store, Google Play, or external source link takes you to that service, whose policies apply. Store links may include campaign parameters identifying the website placement, not your planner text.

Your choices and contact

You can refuse optional analytics and continue using every guide and tool. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority. For privacy requests, use the developer contact on our app store listings and identify getwicca.com. Do not include private ritual notes.
